As a senior developer on TribeAwl, I helped shape an electronic medical records platform from the ground up, working with designers, project managers, and stakeholders while leading a remote engineering team.
What needed to change.
Clinical and financial workflows need clarity and reliability. The platform required more accurate invoicing, integrated payments, useful data visualization, and a maintainable foundation for growth.

- Integrated Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
- Reworked invoice calculations to improve financial accuracy and transparency.
- Implemented interactive charting to make clinical information easier to access.
- Guided 5–6 remote developers through code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery planning.
